Fishmouth is a rare variant of a mastectomy. This is a procedure typically sought out by transmasculine nonbinary folks (as well as some binary transgender men) who experience gender dysphoria regarding having breasts. As with any type of top surgery, only a surgeon can tell you which ones you qualify for.
This surgery is ideal for those with B-sized chests with less skin elasticity and a little sag.
The scars made during this surgery consist of a circle around the areola and two lines across the breast leading away from said areola. The nipple stalk is kept intact, preserving sensation (though a free nipple graft - or full removal - are possible depending on the patient's personal preference.
