Disclaimer

Please note that while some sections of this dictionary may speak about certain concepts in binary terms that non-binary and intersex people do, in fact, exist. The human experience is not a monolith, and neither are these groups of people. There is a huge variety when it comes to both sex and gender. What works for one person may not work for another. Everyone looks and feels different. Every body is different. Procedures which may be 'traditionally' for trans men or trans women may be mixed and matched depending on personal preference. It is impossible to account for every possible situation when making resources like this, but it is important to note that what is written down is not the only option

The transgender experience is highly subjective. There is no "trans enough." If you're trans, then you're trans. Its up to you to decide what you want to do with yourself, and how you want to live your life. Find what is right for you, and do it. The standards or expectations of others should not be the reason you decide to get this surgery or that garment or whatever. Its your body to customize. Its your body that you'll be in for the rest of your life.

So live it.
