Someone who is monosexual is only attracted to one gender.

Homosexual/Gay

Experiencing sexual attraction to others with the same gender as yourself.

The colors of the gay rainbow flag have the meanings as follows;
lavender - diversity
hot pink - sex,
red - life,
orange - healing,
yellow - sunlight,
green - nature,
turquoise - magic/art,
indigo - serenity,
violet - spirit.

Heterosexual/Straight

Experiencing sexual attraction to others with the opposite gender as yourself.

Skoliosexual

Sexually attracted to gender-variant or non-binary people. (Not to be confused with fetishization of trans or non-binary people. This term is controversial.)
