Crockpot Marinara Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

1 Pound Chicken Breast
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 Cups Marinara Sauce
12 Pack Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
Mozzarella Slices
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
French's Crispy Onions
4 Tablespoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley

Instructions

Add chicken breast to crockpot.
Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and marinara sauce.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Shred chicken.
Slice open sweet rolls and layer with sliced mozzarella.
Top with shredded chicken.
Top with shredded mozzarella and crispy fried onions.
Place tops of rolls on.
Melt butter and mix with garlic powder and parsley.
Brush butter mix over top of rolls.
Bake at 400°F in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
Serve and enjoy!
