2 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups White Sugar
1 1/4 Cups Unsalted Butter (softened)
2 Large Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Fork (to mix)
Stir flour, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl.
Mix sugar and butter in large bowl.
Beat egg into large bowl.
Beat second egg and vanilla extract into large bowl.
Add flour mixture into large bowl until evenly combined.
Wrap dough in cling wrap and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Roll dough into even balls, coat balls in white sugar, place on parchment paper lined baking sheet, flatten balls slightly, then bake for 9 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool.
Serve and enjoy!
Adjust temperature according to oven behavior.
Do not add salt if using salted butter.
Leave butter out on counter the day before you plan to make the cookies so that it can soften appropriately.
