Steak Skewers

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
3 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Pound Sirloin Steak (cut into 1 inch cubes)
1 Red Bell Pepper (seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes) (optional)
1 Orange Bell Pepper (seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes) (optional)

Tools

Ziplog bag
Wooden/Bamboo Skewers

Instructions

Mix oil, sauce, garlic, and pepper into a blender.
Pour mixture into a ziplog bag along with steak (and bell peppers if desired).
Seal bag and shake vigourously.
Put bag in fridge for at least 3 hours.
Soak skewers in water for 15 minutes.
Remove steak (and peppers) from bag and stab with skewers.
Cook on grill.
Server & enjoy!

Note

Leaving marinade in fridge overnight is fine.
